Become a Certified LGBTQIA+ Ally  

A Safe Zone Ally is a compassionate and knowledgeable individual who publicly supports the LGBTQIA+ community. This training equips participants with the tools to create inclusive, affirming spaces through education and awareness.

• LGBTQIA+ vocabulary & terminology
• Dispelling myths & stereotypes
• Stages of identity development
• The Authentic Gender Model
• Spectrums of sexuality & gender
• Understanding coming out & microaggressions
• Recognizing privilege & allyship responsibilities

Certification:

Participants who complete the training receive a Safe Zone sticker, signifying their commitment to being a supportive resource for the LGBTQIA+ community.

• Educators, healthcare workers, & nonprofit staff
• HR professionals & workplace leaders
• Community members wanting to deepen their allyship
• Organizations seeking LGBTQIA+ inclusivity training
