Show your love and pride for the LGBTQIA+ community by becoming a volunteer! Meet new people and make new friends. Attending one of our volunteer trainings is the first step toward service with NorCal OUTreach Project.
We need help with organizing events, weekday Center support staff, Board members, support group facilitators, trainers, outreach workers, and especially people who are willing to help with running outreach tabling at events.

We're seeking passionate leaders to help guide our mission supporting rural LGBTQIA+ communities. As a board member, you'll shape strategy, fundraise, and advocate for inclusion.
Ideal candidates bring skills in nonprofit work, fundraising, or marketing, plus lived experience with marginalized identities (QTBIPOC, trans, disabled folks especially encouraged). Apply by Sept 30, 2025 - interviews in October, selections by Nov 1. Let's create change together!
